How will the saving be achieved?
Stair close lighting is funded by a combination of both General Fund and Housing Revenue Account. This saving proposes to transfer £71,000 from the stair close lighting budget non-HRA component to HRA, resulting in an overall saving from the General Fund of £71,000.
