North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to implement no waiting at any time restrictions on the Unnamed Road (carriageway off B8048 Kirkintilloch Road), Kirkintilloch as detailed undernoted.

From it junction with B8048 Kirkintilloch Road, southwards and then south eastwards to its termination, a distance of 60 metres or thereby, on the west side of the road.

From its junction with B8048 Kirkintilloch Road, southwards for a distance of 20 metres or thereby, on the east side of the road.

Any person wishing to make representations in support or raise an objection on the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk  no later than Wednesday, 27 September 2023 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
