North Lanarkshire Council, in terms of Section 23 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereby gives notice of its intention to establish a Puffin Crossing on !752 Drumcavel Road, approximately 284 metres east of Station Road/Drumcavel Road roundabout.

Any person wishing to object to the proposal must do so in writing to the Chief Officer, Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or by sending an email to troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 21 August 2024.  Objections must contain the name, address and contact details of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
