Graham Street and Wellwynd, Airdrie - Proposed Traffic Regulation (Consolidation) Variation Order

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be amend the North Lanarkshire Council (Airdrie Area) (Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2018 as undernoted.

SCHEDULE VI – NO WAITING NO LOADING AT ANY TIME

Add

Graham Street

From the extended line of the east kerb of Buchanan Street, eastwards to the extended line of the west kerb of Baillies Lane, a distance of 110 metres or thereby. Both sides.

SCHEDULE XI – NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Add

Wellwynd

From a point 95 metres north of the extended line of the north kerb of Stirling Street, north westwards to a point 45 metres southeast of the extended line of the south kerb of West Kirk Street, a distance of 34 metres or thereby. West side.

Any person wishing to object to the proposal must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or by sending an email to troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Friday, 19 April 2024.  Objections must contain the name, address and contact details of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

Please note that council offices will be closed from 4.45pm on Thursday, 28 March until 8:45am on Tuesday, 2 April 2024, therefore the consultation period will conclude on 19 April 2024.
