Various Roads, Southern Area - Proposed Part-Time 20 mph Speed Limit Order

North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be implement a Part Time 20 miles per hour speed restriction on Various Roads, Southern Area on the undernoted roads: 

Allanton  

Dura Road 

Cleland 

Chapel Street and Main Street 

Holytown  

Dornoch Road, Maple Road, Myrtle Drive and Willow Grove 

Morningside  

Morningside Road and School Road 

Motherwell  

Albans Crescent, Alyssum Crescent, Barons Road, Cassels Street, Dalriada Crescent, Kylemore Crescent, Knowetop Avenue, Ladywell Road, Lindum Crescent, Lismore Drive, Logans Road, Magna Street, Milton Street, Morton Street, Muir Street, Muirhouse Drive, Parkneuk Street, Pirnmill Avenue, Salisbury Crescent, Scotia Street, Unnamed Road and Vickers Street 

New Stevenston  

Coronation Road East, Jerviston Street, Kings Drive and Park Street 

Shotts 

Dyfrig Street, Easter Road, Herbison Crescent and Torbothie Road 

Wishaw  

Branchal Road, Branchalfield Drive, Bridge Street, Campbell Street, Gateside Road, Hillcrest Avenue, Kirk Road, Laurel Drive, Loch Road, Lochy Street, Lomond Drive, Morar Street, Orkney Quadrant, Sloy Street, Tarbert Avenue, The Broadway and Young Street 

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer of Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 26 April 2023 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
