North Lanarkshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice of its intention to establish a Puffin Crossing on Chapel Street, Airdrie approximately 40m south-west of Shanks Street (adjacent to Chapelside Primary School).

A location plan outlining the proposal is available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the offices of the Chief Officer, Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB, alternatively the plan is available to download from the supporting documents. 

Any person wishing to comment on the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer, Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 5 February 2025.
