UCAS

Who are we?

UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions service, is an independent charity and the UK’s shared admissions service for higher education.

What do we do?

Each year, UCAS support 1.5 million students to explore entering higher education, employment and apprenticeships and manage around 3 million applications made, for full-time undergraduate courses at over 380 universities and colleges.

As part of their business, the digital delivery team create personalised live training sessions to support in-depth learning about our application process and the cycle as a whole.

What is our session about?

Ross Sanger, a digital learning developer at UCAS, is joining us to discuss the 2024 application cycle in detail.

He’ll be covering the key dates and deadlines in the cycle, the factors to consider when choosing your choices, as well as covering the application form in detail. From top tips, to identifying each section requirements and a extensive look at personal statement support.

What will you gain from attending?

The aim is for you to feel confident on how to make a strong application through UCAS. Understanding how you can take the right steps to journey from thorough research, to creating your application and applying to the university and colleges of your choice.
