Around 250 players from schools, community groups, friends and voluntary organisations took to the pitches at Ravenscraig on Wednesday 10 September for North and South Lanarkshire’s annual 7-a-side football tournament marking World Suicide Prevention Day.

Local people and sports groups from across North Lanarkshire were recognised for their hard work and dedication at this year’s sport and volunteer awards.

Additional projects to deliver more new, affordable homes across North Lanarkshire have been 
approved and are included in our Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) 2026/27 - 2030/31.
