If the photograph on your National Entitlement Card no longer resembles your current appearance, you can request to update it. You can update your photograph and request a replacement card in the following ways:

• Update photograph and request a replacement at getyournec.scot.
• Email youngscot@northlan.gov.uk stating your name, address and date of birth and attach a passport style image.

The replacement card will be posted to your home address in 5-10 working days.
