If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged you can obtain a new one in any of the following ways:
- Request a replacement at getyournec.scot
- If you are a North Lanarkshire resident, or attend school here, email youngscot@northlan.gov.uk stating your name, address and date of birth (if you want to update your photo, please also attach a passport-style image and we will arrange that for you).
- If you live outwith North Lanarkshire apply to your own local authority or at www.freebus.scot
We will put a stop on the card so that you are not liable for any misuse of the card should it fall into the wrong hands. The replacement card will be posted to your home address in 5 to 10 days.
