The latest session of our digital intergenerational project has come to a successful close, with another great session between tenants of Victoria Gardens retirement complex and P6 and P7 digital leaders from Victoria Primary School.

Motherwell will again host the North Lanarkshire Half Marathon next year, building on the enormous success of the inaugural event in 2025, which saw hundreds of runners, spectators and families take part in a celebration of community spirit, fitness and fun. 

We are supporting the 16 Days of Action Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, which launched on Tuesday, 25 November, marking the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

An award-winning intergenerational project has successfully brought together fifteen senior citizens from the Chestnut Café at Stepps Parish Church and pupils from St Joseph’s Primary School for a four-week digital skills programme.
