Introduction

We measure our performance in relation to delivery of housing and homeless services through a range of performance indicators.

This includes housing repairs, gas safety, rent collection, anti-social behaviour, how quickly empty homes are re-let, homes meeting national standards, tenant satisfaction, and the sustainability of tenancies.
