Proposed Waiting and Loading Restriction Order

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to introduce waiting and loading restrictions on Ladywell Road and The Loaning, Motherwell as detailed below:

NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME

Both sides of Ladywell Road, Motherwell

From a point 27 metres west of the extended south kerb of The Loaning, eastwards to a point 35 metres east of the extended east kerb line of The Loaning, a distance of 70 metres or thereby.

Both sides of The Loaning, Motherwell

From a point 28 metres south of the extended south kerb of Ladywell Road northwards to a point 34 metres north of the extended north kerb line of Ladywell Road, a distance of 70 metres or thereby

A copy of the draft order, including a location plan outlining the proposals and a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make this Order are available for download.  A hard copy can be requested by contacting Committee Services by email committee@northlan.gov.uk or by telephone on 01698 302190, leaving a contact name and full address and a hard copy will be sent to you

Any person wishing to object to the proposal should send details of the grounds for objection in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB by Tuesday 26 October 2021.
