This £5.96 million development has created a total of 29 new energy efficient and adaptable modern homes for affordable rent.

Employment
CCG recruited two new employees and three apprentices during the project.
- 1 Timber Frame Designer
- 1 Heating Engineer
- 2 Plumbing apprentices
- 1 Joiner apprentice
In addition to the new employees and apprentices, CCG also took on one Quantity Surveying work placement.
Career Events
CCG delivered two career events to school pupils across North Lanarkshire:
- In March 2022, as part of NLC Apprenticeship Week, CCG hosted a Women in Construction Q&A with Trainee Quantity Surveyor, Emma Kiely. This event was attended by over 100 pupils from various schools in North Lanarkshire.
- In September 2022, CCG provided young people from different high schools an overview of the different careers in construction. They also explained what skills were needed and the entry pathways. The format of this event was a virtual case study. There was a live Q&A with two graduate apprentices, an apprentice bricklayer, and an apprentice joiner.
Financial support
In 2022, £3000 was donated to Sunnyside Cafe to help them purchase a coffee machine.
