Amend layout plan to reflect that an area to the south of the Main Club Building will be cordoned off to act as an extension to the Main Bar area and be classed as the Beer Garden. The size of the area will be 4 m x 14 m and will include picnic benches (approx. 6 that can accommodate 6 people each) for seating and will be cordoned off by café canvas barriers and hopefully some planters so the area is defined, and so members and patrons remain in this area.

Drinks will be purchased in the bar area and patrons will take their own drinks from the bar to the Beer Garden Area. Table service will no be offered. The aim is to have this area open during the day and will be closed at 9 pm each evening to limit noise travel to neighbouring houses. Barriers and picnic tables will be moved back into the edge of the building out of hours.
