A free event is being held for tourism, leisure and events businesses to launch the North Lanarkshire Tourism Challenge Fund.

Health & Social Care North Lanarkshire yesterday (Thursday, 05 October) launched its Strategic Commissioning Plan at an event attended by service users, health and social care professionals, voluntary sector partners, and stakeholders.

Social enterprises across North Lanarkshire are invited to an event providing knowledge, resources and connections to support the sector’s growth.

A public fireworks display will be held at Strathclyde Country Park on Sunday 5 November.
