As part of this initiative, the school is embracing the seven LGBT Inclusive Education Learning Themes, aimed at fostering understanding, respect, and inclusivity within the school community.

These learning themes include:

• Understanding the Equality Act (2010), UNCRC, and human rights.
• Identifying and combating prejudice, discrimination, and bullying, including homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia.
• Recognising and challenging gender stereotypes.
• Celebrating diverse families, including those with LGBT parents and siblings.
• Embracing diversity and differences.
• Exploring the history of LGBT equality movements.
• Highlighting LGBT past and present figures and role models.

We have a 3-year strategic plan in place to ensure that LGBT Inclusive Education is embedded into whole school curriculum across all schools.
