Residents can now report anti-social behaviour more quickly and easily online.

The online service allows residents to report the situation anonymously or, using a MyAccount, updates can be provided.

Incidents can also be reported urgently, 24 hours a day by phone on 0300 123 1382.

Creating a MyAccount is quick and easy and means you can access council services anywhere, anytime.

All reports are investigated by our Anti-Social Response Officers who offer a range of services including witnessing, intervention, reassurance patrols, home visits and mediation. The team has a comprehensive reporting and monitoring system in place and over 95% of issues are successfully resolved.

“Anti-social behaviour which makes the lives of others miserable is not acceptable, and our officers work with Police Scotland and other agencies to keep our communities safe,” said Councillor Pat Patton, Vice Convener of the Communities Committee.

“Residents now have the option to report concerns by phone or online to suit their circumstances, providing our officers with the information they need to address the issues quickly and effectively.”
