By-elections will be held in the Fortissat and Thorniewood wards of the council on Thursday 4 March.
One councillor will be elected for each of the Electoral Wards 13 and 14.
Voting will take place between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
The by-elections were planned for 19 November 2020 but were postponed.
To be able to vote in this by-election, eligible residents must be registered to vote by 12 midnight on Tuesday 16 February.
Applications for new postal or postal proxy votes and amendments to, or cancellation of, existing postal or proxy votes must be with the Electoral Registration Office by 5.00pm on Wednesday 17 February. Applications for new proxy votes must be received by 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 February.
“If you are eligible to vote in these by-elections, it is important that you have the opportunity to use your vote by making sure you are registered,” said Returning Officer Des Murray.
“Take a few minutes now to register – you can do this quickly and easily online with your national insurance number and date of birth.”
