North Lanarkshire Licensing Board - Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005
Detailed information regarding an application is available for inspection at the Licensing Office, Dalziel Building, 7 Scott Street, Motherwell, ML1 1PN, by emailing licensingboard@northlan.gov.uk during the following days and times:
- Monday to Thursday - 8.45am to 4.30pm
- Friday - 8.45am to 4pm
If you wish to object or make representations, you must do so in writing by the date stated next to the application. The objection or representation should be sent to the Clerk to the Licensing Board at your local office as noted above.
It is the responsibility of the person making the objection or representation to ensure that the Board has received the objection or representation by the date stated and it may be helpful to lodge it in one of the following ways:
- Delivery by hand.
- Post (by registered, recorded or special delivery post) so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered by the date stated.
- By email and an acknowledgement of the email kept as proof of delivery.
