Make a ‘Journey stick’ - pick up a fallen stick and take it with you as you walk. Along the way you can pick-up other items like seeds, leaves and small stones.

When you get home, attach them to your stick with string or tape and you’ll have a momento of your nice walk along the trail.

Remember – only collect fallen items
