Report antisocial behaviour

Our service is available 24-hours a day.

Please provide as much detail of the incident as possible to allow the Anti-Social Response Team to carry out their investigations. They will use the powers they have available to deal with the antisocial behaviour sensitively and effectively.

Please note our team are not able to assist with Non-Domestic Noise such as commercial or industrial noise.

You can report antisocial behaviour online below.

Although you can report incidents anonymously, it is important that you are aware you will not be kept up to date on progress or outcome and in some instances, investigations will not be able to be carried out.

If the incident is happening now, please call us on 0300 123 1382 otherwise please report the incident online where you will also be able to download advice and guidance on the process.

The proactive response team is available at the following times:

  • Thursday and Sunday, 6.45pm to 3am*
  • Friday and Saturday, 6.45pm to 5am*

*During the above hours our proactive team of Anti-Social Response Officers will be available to help residents experiencing antisocial behaviour. They offer a range of services including witnessing, intervention, reassurance patrols, home visits and other proactive duties.

Please remember, if there is an immediate danger or you think that a crime is being committed, you should always call the police in the first instance on 999 for emergencies or 101 for non-emergencies. At all other times outwith office hours, Police Scotland call handlers will provide telephone advice and assistance if required.
