We will investigate complaints regarding food products and premises where food is prepared, stored and sold.

Examples of the type of complaints we investigate are:

• cleanliness of food premises
• poor hygiene practices by food handlers
• food which is of poor quality, out of date, contains foreign material or is suspected of causing food poisoning
