How do you rate us?
Our customer satisfaction process has been digitised and a QR code and online survey link is included in correspondence issued to all food establishments after routine intervention.
We analyse the surveys on a quarterly and annual basis. This will tell us the level of customer service and allow the people who use our service to make their views on the level of customer service we provide known to us.
The results are used to help us improve the service we offer.
