Order a grey general household waste bin

If you are a council tenant, please contact your local housing office who will review your request and order for you.

We will only empty one general waste bin per household. Our collection crew will record when more than one bin is presented for servicing.

140 litre (smaller sized bin) £48.25
240 litre (standard sized bin) £56.59

Lost, stolen or damaged bins

Home owners are responsible for replacing lost, stolen or damaged grey waste bins. If our collection crew can verify that your bin fell into the back of our refuse collection vehicle we will replace the bin free of charge. If this has happened please use our report an issue with household waste online form to tell us about this.

If you move into a property and the previous owner has removed the bin you will need to order and pay for a new one.

Tenants of private landlords should contact their landlord to determine who is responsible for payment.

When you complete this form you will have the opportunity to request a damaged bin to be uplifted
