The results from the UK Parliamentary General Election:

Airdrie and Shotts constituency

Scottish Labour Party candidate Kenneth Stevenson has been elected to serve as a Member of the UK Parliament in the Airdrie and Shotts constituency.

The number of votes polled for each candidate was:

  • David Hall, Reform UK – 2,971
  • Alexandra Victoria Herdman, Scottish Conservative and Unionist – 1,696
  • John Jo Leckie, British Unionists – For a Better Britain - 456
  • Anum Qaisar, Scottish National Party (SNP) – 11,324
  • Josh David Robertson, Alba Party: Yes to Scottish Independence - 623
  • Kenneth Stevenson, Scottish Labour Party – 18,871
  • Lewis Younie, Scottish Liberal Democrats - 725

The total votes cast were 36,761 and the percentage poll was 52.37%. 95 ballot papers were rejected.

Coatbridge and Bellshill constituency

Scottish Labour Party candidate Frank McNally has been elected to serve as a Member of the UK Parliament in the Coatbridge and Bellshill constituency.

The number of votes polled for each candidate was:

  • Steven Bonnar, Scottish National Party (SNP) – 12,947
  • Emma Farthing, Scottish Liberal Democrats - 671
  • Drew Thomas Gilchrist, Communist Party of Britain - 181
  • Leo Francis Lanahan, Scottish Family Party – Putting Families First - 429
  • Patrick Pearse McAleer, Scottish Greens – 1,229
  • Frank McNally, Scottish Labour Party – 19,291
  • Fionna McRae, Reform UK – 2,601
  • Christina Sandhu, Scottish Conservative and Unionist – 1,382

The total votes cast were 38,846 and the percentage poll was 53.46%. 115 ballot papers were rejected.

Cumbernauld and Kirkintilloch constituency

Scottish Labour Party candidate Katrina Laidlaw Murray has been elected to serve as a Member of the UK Parliament in the Cumbernauld and Kirkintilloch constituency.

The number of votes polled for each candidate was:

  • Satbir Kaur Gill, Scottish Conservative and Unionist – 1,939
  • Adam Harley, Scottish Liberal Democrats – 1,294
  • Anne McCrossan, Scottish Greens – 1,694
  • Stuart Campbell McDonald, Scottish National Party (SNP) – 14,369
  • Katrina Laidlaw Murray, Scottish Labour Party – 18,513
  • Billy Ross, Reform UK – 3,167

The total votes cast were 41,146 and the percentage poll was 58.49%. 170 ballot papers were rejected.

Motherwell, Wishaw and Carluke constituency

Scottish Labour Party candidate Pamela Nash has been elected to serve as a Member of the UK Parliament in the Motherwell, Wishaw and Carluke constituency.

The number of votes polled for each candidate was:

  • Oyebola Regina Ajala, Scottish Conservative and Unionist – 2,415
  • Hayley Bennie, Scottish Liberal Democrats - 822
  • Marion Fellows, Scottish National Party (SNP) – 12,083
  • Gus Ferguson, British Unionists – For a Better Britain - 158
  • Ross Hagen, Scottish Libertarian Party - 66
  • Robert McLaughlan, Reform UK – 3,004
  • Gordon Thomas Miller, Scottish Greens – 1,200
  • Pamela Nash, Scottish Labour Party – 19,168
  • Neil Wilson, UK Independence Party - 110

The total votes cast were 39,151 and the percentage poll was 54.55%. 125 ballot papers were rejected.
