Proposed (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Variation Order No 2) Order

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to amend the North Lanarkshire Council (Various Streets, Shotts Area) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) Order 2018 (Variation Order No 1) as detailed below. 

 Details of Amendment

Amend Schedules IV – No Waiting Monday to Saturday 7am – 6pm, 2 Hours no Return Within 3 Hours

Station Road, Shotts

Add Schedule I – No Waiting or Loading at any Time

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 19 June 2024 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
