A successful request will need to do the following:

• Explain what the issue is that you or your group want to address.
• What needs to be improved and what is the suggested improvement.
• How does it affect the area where you live and the wider community?
• How will people's lives be improved by your suggestion?
• Explain how you or your group feels their experience and knowledge will help in achieving the plans for success.
