If you are feeling suicidal, it can be difficult to bring the subject up and find the words to describe your feelings, particularly if you're not good at opening up in the first place. You may feel worried about how someone will react. But people are often more willing to listen than you might think.
There are many types of support available but the important thing is to start talking to someone. Talking to a friend or a professional is almost always the first step towards feeling better.
