As part of the council's response to the independent review, a risk assessment of the water environment was commissioned from an independent third party. The summary report and the full report are available below. The council is making significant progress against the recommendations and a summary of this is available on the baseline rectification programme.
Balfour Beatty are carrying out drainage works across the campus. The method statement and risk assessment for these works is available to download.
At the Site Recovery Group meeting on Tuesday 10 December the group considered two reports in relation to the remediation of soil at two locations: St Ambrose PCB delineation report and St Ambrose validation report.
The group considered a from the council at the second meeting on 7 November. The report updated on ongoing water quality management works, in-air monitoring, the action plan for ground settlement and plans for the group to develop its own website.

The site that the campus was built on is suitable for use, meets the specific planning conditions and building standards regulations in place and is safe.
