Work is progressing on the preparation for the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) and the necessary supporting documentation for the required property at Stanhope Place, following Planning Committee Approval on 17 October 2024. The Committee Paper can be viewed below.

When they are finalised, the Order and other relevant documents will be issued to affected parties and submitted to the Scottish Government for determination.
