The Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes

Colzium Lennox Estate has been included in Scotland's Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes.

The purpose of the Inventory is to identify sites of national importance and provide information about them.

When a garden and designed landscape is included on the Inventory it becomes a material consideration in the planning process. This means that it has to be taken into account when deciding planning applications.
