Pay a bill

Council tax payments

Payments made through our online/telephone banking system will automatically be allocated to the current financial year’s council tax.

If you are making a payment for a previous year, once your payment has been processed please contact the Revenues Team on 01698 403210 to request that your payment is allocated to the correct year.

Pay your rent, council tax, business rates, home insurance, community alarm, home care and any other sundry debtors invoices.

If you have a debit or credit card you can now pay 24-hours a day with our new automated telephone service - call 01698 403130.

We advise you to securely attach your payment to the tear-off voucher from your payment book or clearly print your name, address and customer reference number on the back of the cheque.
