Request the removal of graffiti

Use this form to request the removal of graffiti.

We only deal with issues if they are within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire Council.

Before you start

We aim to remove sectarian, offensive or racial graffiti within 5 working days and tackle other types of graffiti within 10 working days of it being reported.

We do not remove graffiti from items owned by utility companies for example BT, Scottish Power etc.

You can also request to have graffiti removed from private property but we do not accept responsibility for any damage to private property whilst removing the graffiti.

You will need the following to submit the request:

• The type of graffiti
• The location of the graffiti using the closest postcode or landmark
• Private or council owned (if known)
• Photo (if available)
