Request a garden waste permit

Use this form to request a garden waste permit for your brown bin.

Do not use this form if:

• You don't currently receive a brown bin collection from the council. We cannot provide this service for you.
• You are a council tenant. Housing will arrange for your permit to be sent to you.

From the 1st of June 2025, if your brown bin has garden waste in it, we will only empty it if it has a valid garden waste permit.

If you use multiple brown bins for garden waste, you'll need a separate permit for each bin you want us to empty.
