Tenant participation in our housing service continues to grow. This year we’ve seen a 35% increase in applications for our NL in Bloom Garden Awards; nine new tenants and residents’ groups established and in a first for the team, a gold accreditation award for tenant participation best practice.

Bazooka Arts’ Creative & Connected Carers project, funded by the Carer Breather Fund, has achieved remarkable success, with participants exhibiting their work at the Scottish Parliament and national galleries as part of the Healing Arts Scotland Festival.
