The impact of the coronavirus (Covid-19) is becoming increasingly disruptive to our lives and those of our friends and families and, understandably, this is a time of anxiety for us all.

One of the main things we can do to reduce our sense of uncertainty is to stay informed. When we understand what we are facing, and are prepared, then our distress can reduce.
