Give your opinions on local transport

Study in Harthill, Shotts and Salsburgh area

Salsburgh

We are asking residents in the Harthill, Shotts and Salsburgh area for their opinions on transport, as part of a study into potential improvements.

With input from the local community and stakeholders, the study will help inform an action plan to improve walking and cycling in the area, promote active travel, and increase the use of, and access to, public transport.

Members of the public are being invited to get involved in the consultation over the next four weeks by completing a questionnaire.

"We would like to hear from as many people as possible in Harthill, Shotts and Salsburgh on their experience and opinions on bus and train transport, the roads networks and cycling or walking routes," said Azhar Ali, Senior Engineer, Roads Strategy and Safety.

"This will help inform our study and develop ideas for transport that meets the needs of local people."
