Couch to 5k

Come along and join us at Jog Scotland for our 'couch to 5k' sessions, where we will help motivate and train you over a 10 week running programme with the goal to run at a 5K event on completion of the 10 week block. 

With entry to our 'couch to 5k' block you will receive unlimited sessions per week over the 10 week period, sessions delivered by qualified jog leaders and entry into our 5K event which details will be confirmed and communicated to you during the block. 

Sessions take place five days a week:

Mondays

  • Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility - 6.30pm start

Tuesdays

  • Airdrie Leisure Centre - 6.30pm start
  • Ian Nicolson Recreation Centre - 6.30pm start

Wednesdays

  • Strathclyde Park (Watersports centre) - 6.30pm start

Thursdays

  • Airdrie Leisure Centre - 6.30pm start
  • Ian Nicolson Recreation Centre - 6.30pm start

Sundays

  • Strathclyde Park (Watersports centre) - 10am start

If you are aged between 12 and 15 years you must be accompanied by an adult to each session.
