2017 Sport Award Winners

It's time to nominate for the 2018 North Lanarkshire Sport Awards. The annual North Lanarkshire Sport Awards take place to celebrate the work of the large number of volunteers who give up their time to provide sport and physical activity across North Lanarkshire.

The 2018 Sport Awards will take place on Friday 1st June at Motherwell Football Club. Please complete our online form to make your nomination. The pdf icon criteria [236kb]for each category are on the nomination form and are available in the downloads section of this page.

In the past year Active Schools have engaged with 1,258 local volunteers, who have given their time and dedication to local children within North Lanarkshire, which equates to a staggering 22,214 volunteering hours. The Sport Awards was a chance for us to highlight the fantastic work carried out by volunteers and coaches in our local schools and clubs.
