How is the Housing Services Capital Programme funded?

Each year Housing Property and Projects set investment targets for the Capital Programme

The funding to meet these targets come from the following sources:

  • Prudential Borrowing

  • Sale of council properties (Apply to Buy ended in August 2016, however some sales still being processed)

  • Transfer from the Housing Revenue Account (house/lock up and shop rents)
