Northline Customer Contact Centre

Our contact centre provides customers with access to a wide range of services, from arranging repairs to ordering a new bin.

We provide services weekdays from 8.45am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.15pm on Friday. Our out-of-hours Repairs line is open 24/7 for Emergency Housing Repairs.

We provide the highest standards of service and constantly work to maintain and improve our performance.

Most enquiries can be handled by our team at the contact centre, with other enquiries or specialist issues routed to officers within North Lanarkshire Council.

We record our calls to help to monitor and improve our quality of customer service.

You can also report or request many services online.

All of our contact centre team are highly trained and provide the highest standards of customer care. Many of them had previously worked in other council areas or in private sector contact centres, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the service. Our team at the contact centre work flexibly, operating a rota to provide these extended opening hours and to meet peak demands. This flexibility is vital to meet the needs of the customers of North Lanarkshire Council throughout the year.
