Get involved on an individual basis
The database contains a list of tenants and residents who want to be consulted on issues which may affect or interest them. Being included on the database means we may contact you to ask for your views on certain aspects of housing services. You may also be asked if you wish to attend events or discussions.
The database allows our housing service to tap into a wide group of tenants and residents interested and willing to share their views and opinions. Tenant participation is a key priority for the service and customer feedback helps to inform and influence our decisions on future service developments and improvements.
