Maximising income for our tenants

We have a team of Income Maximisers who are trained to help maximise tenants’ income and offer support at all stages of their tenancy.

If you are struggling to pay your bills or are concerned about meeting your rent payments, help is available.

Our team can complete a financial assessment with you to make sure you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to and are not missing out on extra income.

We offer:

  • Benefit checks to ensure your income is maximised
  • Assist and support to apply for benefits including help with housing and council tax claims
  • Support to challenge benefit decisions/requesting mandatory reconsiderations
  • Help to appeal a benefit decision
  • Signpost help if you need advice to manage debts

Last year, the team generated over £18m of additional income for tenants. Acting quickly is key so get in touch as soon as you can.
