If you want to end your tenancy, you must tell us at least 28 days before you plan to leave your home.
You must complete a 'termination of tenancy' form. This is available from your local housing office. We will arrange to visit your home to carry out a pre-termination inspection at a convenient time.
If you do not give us 28 days' notice, we will charge you four weeks' rent from the date you return the keys.
Termination due to the death of a tenant
