Report an issue with a dead animal, debris or an obstruction

Use this form to report the removal of debris, oil spillages, damage to walls, park fences, street furniture, play parks and dead animals on council maintained land only

We only deal with issues if they are within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire Council.

Before you start

We will remove or make safe damage to walls, park fences, street furniture and play parks on council maintained land only.

We will remove dead animals within 24 hours (excluding public holidays) from public areas only.

If you report dead livestock we will notify the farmer and, in line with legislation, it is the farmer's responsibility for the safe and legal collection and disposal of dead livestock.
