It is important that you only contact our home support out-of-hours service if it’s an emergency. This will minimise phone waiting times and ensure that our resources are used as effectively as possible. There may be a short delay while we connect to diverted arrangements. If you need some advice or guidance not related to an emergency situation, please speak with your Home Support Worker when they arrived for your scheduled visits as they may be able to assist.
