You can also make a complaint about social work

If you are a child under the age of 18, or an adult complaining on behalf of a child, please use the online complaints form and mention ‘Child Friendly’ in the free text box.

Garden Waste Permit

Our Garden Waste Permit Scheme requires residents to purchase an annual permit for garden waste collection. This policy is in line with similar initiatives across Scotland to manage local services effectively.  

Please note - we do not accept complaints specifically about policy decisions and will therefore not respond to customer complaints regarding the introduction of the scheme.
